Mclaren Clockwork Submarines

This "Duck", is a multi plate water tight monocoque hull on a rolling chassis, her powerful clockwork motor drives a 34mm anti clockwise prop which is required to push her skip like hull through the water. I've wanted one of these since I was a kid, back in the day my mum, dad and my two brothers had a ride on one in Southport Lancashire. It was painted yellow and was converted from war surplus to take tourists. Many are still in use today! a testament to GMC's brilliant design and build.
