Mclaren Clockwork Submarines

U47 has the same tiny motor as U46 but the hull is slimmer and longer which massively increases its stability, as with U46 there is no ballast tank in this sub, the smaller boats power to weight ratio is so high that they can easily overcome buoyancy and dynamic dive just by plane adjustment alone. The rail arrangement around the screw cap is an idea I unashamedly stole from the early German submarines along with the screw cap and the pennants and flags! but what the hell, I think it looks as cool on my boats as it did on the Nuremberg originals from the 1900s.
